These terms govern your use of anmfooty.com and your participation in programs operated by A&M Footy ("we," "us"), a youth soccer and futsal instruction business in Palm Beach County, Florida. By registering for a program or submitting a form on this site, you agree to these terms.
 

Programs and Registration

A&M Footy offers after-school soccer programs at partner elementary schools, indoor classes at leased facilities, and preschool/VPK enrichment sessions. Registration is completed through our online registration platform. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment or an approved deposit is received and space is available. We reserve the right to limit session sizes, reassign coaches, or adjust schedules as needed.
 

Parent and Guardian Agreement

Programs are intended for minor participants. By registering a participant, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that participant, or are authorized by the parent or legal guardian to register them and to agree to these terms on their behalf.
 

Waiver and Release

As part of registration, each participant's parent or legal guardian must complete and sign our liability waiver and release. That signed waiver governs matters of assumption of risk, release of liability, and medical authorization. Where these terms and the signed waiver address the same subject, the signed waiver controls. Participation is not permitted without a completed waiver on file.
 

Payment and Sessions

Program pricing, session counts, and payment schedules are listed on the registration page for each specific program and location. Sessions canceled by A&M Footy due to weather, facility closure, or school schedule changes will be made up or credited where practical. Missed sessions due to participant absence are not refunded.
 

Refundable Deposits

Some A&M Footy programs allow you to reserve your child's spot with a refundable deposit. To receive a refund of that deposit, both of the following must be met:

1. Your child must attend the free trial class.

2. You must submit a refund request within 24 hours of the free trial class.

Refund requests are submitted by emailing anmfooty@gmail.com or calling (728) 223-3617 or (728) 223-2688. Requests received more than 24 hours after the free trial class, or where the participant did not attend the trial class, are not eligible for a deposit refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [7–10] business days.

Deposits are refundable only under the conditions above. All other program payments are governed by the refund policy stated on the registration page for that program.
 

Drop-Off and Pickup

Participants must be picked up promptly at the scheduled end of each session. A&M Footy is responsible for participants only during scheduled session times and at the designated program location. Participants will be released only to a parent, guardian, or individual listed as authorized at registration. Repeated late pickup may result in removal from the program.
 

Health and Emergency Contact Information

You agree to provide accurate information regarding any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations relevant to participation, and to keep your emergency contact information current. Medical authorization is addressed in the signed waiver on file for each participant.
 

Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from A&M Footy related to your child's program. Message types include session reminders, schedule changes and cancellations, roster and coach updates, registration and payment notices, and occasional information about upcoming seasons.

Message frequency varies, typically [2–6] messages per month, with additional messages during active program weeks or in the event of a weather cancellation. 
 

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering for or participating in any A&M Footy program.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers collected for our text messaging program are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information collected through this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
 

Photo and Video

A&M Footy may photograph or record sessions for promotional use on our website and social media channels. If you prefer your child not be included, notify us in writing at anmfooty@gmail.com and we will accommodate the request.

Conduct

Participants, parents, and guardians are expected to treat coaches, facility staff, and other families respectfully. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program for conduct that endangers or disrupts others.
 

Third-Party Services and Facilities

Registration and payment are processed through third-party platforms subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Programs held at school, municipal, or leased facilities are operated by A&M Footy independently; A&M Footy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any school, school district, or municipality unless expressly stated.

Website Content

The content on anmfooty.com, including text, images, video, logos, and program materials, is the property of A&M Footy and may not be copied or reused without permission.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as addressed in the signed waiver on file, A&M Footy's total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the program in question.
 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
 

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Changes to These Terms
 

We may update these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted to this page with an updated date.
